Polling company YouGov has found that 72% of adults in the UK support or strongly support the recent reforms to the legal system.
The first online trials have taken place in England & Wales. Remote Jurors have made history by agreeing verdicts from their homes.
On 8th January 2023, the Secretary of State for Justice welcomed the passing of the Justice Act 2023, saying "I'm glad MPs listened to the thousands of people writing letters and emails urging this change." Remote Trials are now legal in England & Wales.
